I am a new customer. How can I register?
answer Click on ‘Sign up now’ > ‘No, I am not a customer yet’. Fill in all the required fields and click ‘Next’
You will then have instant access to browse and purchase over 20,000 products.
Note: A new customer is a user who has never made a purchase from Wuerth. If you have made a purchase in the past, you already have a customer account number printed on your invoices or delivery notes. If you can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
answer From the homepage (), click ‘Login’ → ‘Forgot Password’ below the password box. Enter your Customer Number and Partner Number. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.
I haven’t received my access details. What should I do?
answer Please contact Wuerth ADM or Customer Service at 18001025061 or email info.wuerth@wuerth.in.
I clicked on ‘Forgot Password’ but didn’t receive an email. Why?
answerEnsure your Customer Number and Partner Number are correct. Otherwise, the message “An email address corresponding to the specified information could not be found” will appear. Also, check your spam/junk folder.
I am not a business or professional tradesperson. Can I still register?
answer We’re sorry, but only businesses and trade professionals can register due to the labelling and packaging of certain products.
How do I access the site?
answer Click ‘Login’. You’ll need your Customer Number, Partner Number, and Password. If you don’t have them yet, click ‘Sign Up Now’. If you’ve forgotten your details, contact our Customer Service team at 18001025061
I already have a customer number. How do I register?
answer Click ‘Login’ → ‘Sign Up Now’ → ‘Yes, I am already a Wuerth customer and I have a Customer Number’. Fill in all the required fields and click ‘Send’.
How do I download accounting documents?
answer Login with your credentials and click the ‘Invoices’ shortcut.
How can I distinguish an invoice from a delivery note or credit note?
answerAll documents are available under ‘My Office’:
• Invoices begin with number 4
• Delivery Notes start with number 8
• Credit Notes begin with number 5
How far back can I view invoices?
answer You can view documents for last 6 months.
How do I make an online purchase?
answer Login with your credentials, search for the product, select quantity (and pack size, if applicable), and click ‘Add to Cart’.
When ready, go to your Shopping Cart (top right corner), select delivery location, and click ‘Submit Order’. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Can I amend or cancel an order after submission?
answer No, once you click ‘Submit Order’, your order is sent directly to our warehouse. To make urgent changes, contact Wuerth ADM.
One of my items is on backorder. When will it be delivered?
answer As we stock a wide range of products, please contact your ADM for accurate delivery timelines.
Can I cancel a backordered item?
answer Yes. Contact your ADM or Email with your account number, name, and article number you wish to cancel, or call us directly.
I cannot see product prices. Why?
answer Prices are visible only when logged in. Please ensure you are signed in with your credentials.
How do I use a discount or promotion code?
answer Add products to your cart, go to ‘Shopping Cart’, tick ‘I have a Promotional Code’, enter your code, and click ‘Use Promotional Code’.
Note: Discount codes are not cumulative.
What is the minimum order value?
answer The minimum order value on Wuerth India eShop is ₹2,500.
How much does shipping cost?
answer Shipping is free for all orders above ₹2,500.
When will I receive my order?
answer Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on location and product availability.
Where can I track my order?

answer You can search in multiple ways:
• Free Search: Type keywords in the search bar.
• Product Code Search: Enter the product code directly.
• Category Menu: Browse categories and subcategories.
• DIN,ISO Catalogues: Filter by standards.
• Quick Search: Use the Fast Order Entry box at the top.
Can I save a shopping cart for later?
answer Yes. Save it by name in ‘Shopping Cart’. Find it later under ‘My Wuerth’ → ‘Functions’ → ‘Order Templates’.
Can I set automatic reorders?
answer Yes. Create your cart, click ‘Create Subscription Order’, and select your preferred delivery interval. Manage it under ‘My Wuerth’ → ‘Functions’ → ‘Subscription Order’.
How can I assign a cost center?
answer Contact your ADM or ESHOP team to learn about cost center.
You can view and export cost center reports from ‘My Wuerth’ → ‘Functions’ → ‘Cost Center Appraisal’.
Can I print barcode labels for ORSY®Scan and the Wuerth App?
answer Yes. Go to ‘My Wuerth’ → ‘Functions’ → ‘Barcode Catalogue’. You can generate printable EAN catalogues including descriptions, product codes, and images.
How do I return unwanted or faulty items?
answer If you wish to return an item for replacement or refund, contact your ADM. Include your invoice or delivery note and reason for return.
I have a Wuerth Master Power Tool that is faulty. What should I do?
answerWuerth hand tools and power tools are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. If the issue falls under warranty, we’ll repair or replace the tool as per policy.
What regions does Wuerth India eShop deliver to?
answer We deliver across India to all major cities and most pin codes through our logistics partners.
What are the delivery timelines?
answer Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
Can I request express or same-day delivery?
answer Currently, express or same-day delivery is not available. However, we are working to expand our delivery options soon.
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
answer You can track your order under ‘Order History’. If there is a delay or you can’t see any movement after dispatch, contact our customer service team.
Can multiple users access one company account?
answer Yes, multiple users can be linked under one customer number. You can also assign specific roles or cost centers for tracking.
Can I update my company details (address, GSTIN, contact info)?
answer Yes. Contact our Customer Service or your ADM to update your registered details.
Are all products shown online available in stock?
answer Most listed items are available, but in case of temporary stockouts or backorders, our team will inform you of expected delivery timelines.
Can I download product datasheets or MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)?
answer Yes. Many product pages include downloadable datasheets, manuals, or MSDS files. If not available, please contact your ADM or email info.wuerth@wuerth.in.
