Clean the gun nozzle and adapter basket thoroughly with PURLOGIC® Clean after each use. Adapter basket secured with a screw retainer; the basket must be secured again with a screw retainer if replaced.

The gun is used to apply 1-component polyurethane foam. All commercially available gun foams in aerosol spray cans with standard screw-on adapter are suitable. Being able to precisely adjust the PU foam quantity means that the gun is suitable for controlled dispensing and customised filling of joints, thereby enabling precise and secure installation.
Shake the foam can vigorously and remove the cap. Screw the gun onto the upright can. To ensure that no foam escapes from the side of the adapter, do not hesitate when working (if necessary, remove with PU foam clean, art. no. 0892 160). Lightly press the trigger to fill the gun with foam. The gun is now ready to use.
Position the required flow of material with dispensing screw at the back of the gun: Turning in a clockwise direction reduces the foam output; turning in anti-clockwise direction increases the foam output. Check which setting gives you optimum results.
