Adjustable foam dispensing

Clean the gun nozzle and adapter basket thoroughly with PURLOGIC® Clean after each use. The adapter basket is secured with threadlocker; the basket must be secured with threadlocker again if replaced.

The gun is used to apply 1-component polyurethane foam. Also suitable for all commercially available gun grade expanding foams in aerosol spray cans with standard screw-on adapter. The ability to precisely adjust the PU foam quantity makes it suitable for controlled dispensing and accurate filling of joints, enabling precise and secure installation.
Shake the foam can vigorously and remove the cap. Screw the gun onto the upright can. Work swiftly to prevent foam escaping from the side of the adapter (if necessary, remove with PU foam cleaner, art. no. 0892 160). Lightly press the trigger to fill the gun with foam. The gun is now ready to use.
Adjust the dosing screw on the end of the gun to the desired material flow: Turn clockwise to reduce the foam output and anti-clockwise to increase the foam output. Test which setting is best suited to the application.
