The powerful bond with the substrate results in the formation of an ultra-thin coating which provides strong hydrophobicity and non-stick properties. The coating is resistant to frost, extreme heat (200°C) and UV.

The coating will form an invisible layer on the treated plastic or metal surface.



The coated surface feels the same after application but the surface may look slightly brighter.

Durability depends on abrasion rates and UV exposure and the inherent stability for the coated substrate. The coatings are UV stable but some coated substrates are prone to UV degradation. The coating reduces the UV induced oxidation rate of the substrate .

Notice
  • Do not apply the coating to freshly painted surfaces as the target surface must completely cured and stable before application.

  • The surface to be coated should not be too hot; so do not coat the car paint if the car was located directly under the sun before.

  • Do not apply on damp surfaces.

Application area
  • Plastic and metal surfaces in sanitary areas eg taps, baths and non-glass shower screens

  • Stainless steel surfaces such as oven hobs, oven hoods, push pads, elevators
Instructions
  • 1. Make sure the surface which is going to be coated is completely clean and not sensitive to alcohol.

  • 2. Use a recommended cleaning product which is free of surfactants.

  • 3. After the first cleaning action, thoroughly rinse or wipe down the surface with clean water to eliminate any residues from the surface.

  • 4. Deep clean with a suitable alcohol cleaner which is free of any additional polishing agents.

  • 5. After cleaning with the alcohol based wipe, allow the screen to dry for a 90 seconds and then buff the screen with a micro-fiber of similar clean cloth.


Application with circular motion using a clean lint free cloth or (micro-fiber) cloth.


  • 6.Allow the coating to dry for approximately 3 to 5 minutes at temperature 15-30°C, For temperatures 5-15°C curing time will be 10 minutes. Product should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C

  • 7. After application the surface may look slightly “cloudy”. Buff the surface with a clean micro-fiber to remove any residue which contributes to the cloudy appearance. The residue becomes harder to remove if the period between application and buffing is over prolonged, but it will always be removed by buffing with a suitable microfiber.

  • 8. The coating takes 10 hours to fully cure but the coated surfaces can be exposed to water one hour after application. Do not clean the surface until a minimum of 10 hours after application.
