- Load the Cartridge: Insert the sealant cartridge into the caulking gun, ensuring the nozzle is facing forward.
- Cut the Nozzle: Cut the tip of the cartridge nozzle at an angle, depending on the desired bead size.
- Position the Plunger: Pull the plunger rod back to its starting position.
- Apply the Sealant: Squeeze the trigger to start applying the sealant. Adjust the pressure and speed to control the flow and bead size.
- Smooth the Bead: After application, use a smoothing tool or your finger to smooth out the bead for a clean finish.
- Release Pressure: When finished, release the pressure on the plunger to stop the flow of sealant.
